Registration and terms of payment

When registering for a trip, a down payment of CHF 1000 is required, for Ecuador and Mongolia CHF 3000.
The remaining amount must be paid twelve weeks before the start of the trip.

If you cancel a trip up to 90 days in advance, 30%, up to 60 days in advance 50% of the travel price will be retained, up to 45 days in advance 75%, up to 30 days in advance 85%, then the entire amount.

Depending on the booking class of a ticket, up to 100% of the flight price may be due!
We recommend everyone to take out travel cancellation insurance!

The amount for a seminar must be received 8 weeks in advance. If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the seminar, we keep 50% of the total price, then the entire amount.

A processing fee of EUR 100 applies to each cancellation.

Since the terms and conditions of the organizers are constantly changing, please refer to the current contractual provisions in the invoice received.
