To be the person I have always been in my innermost being

When I look back on my personal development over the last few years, on my many spiritual journeys, what has amazed me the most is the realisation that it has never really been so much about changing myself or becoming someone else, but much more about allowing myself to be the person I have always been in my innermost being.

To show myself in all my diversity, as a man, as a friend, as a work colleague, with my small weaknesses and my great strengths, my courage to stand up again and again and to reinvent myself - in all my joy of life!

And so I always look with curiosity and an open heart at the world, the people around me and at myself - in my great adventure of life.
